1 Aluminum circle material made by SSR original recipe for rim part
2 Making pierce bolt hole by press
3 Spinning process
4 Anodized for outer rim
5 Heat treatment for inner rim

Heat treatment → forming → heat treatment again.
This is our unique process and it makes lighter and higher rigidity inner rim.
6 Parts of 3piece wheel are finished.
7 Assembling

By SSR craftmans, outer rim, inner rim and center disk are assebled.
8 Automatic welding
9 Sealing by silicon
10 Finished
